Her Philosophy

Studies and statistics have consistently shown that a significant number of health challenges are the result of stress or individual emotional challenges. Louisa has personally discovered that healing herself emotionally, at the same time as working physically, has led to the most benefits for her health, happiness and well-being.

Louisa truly believes that having time to yourself, complemented by reflexology and massage treatments, has the potential to enable healing on all levels. This is because these treatments consider each person as a whole, and not just their specific condition or illness. They encourage a unique healing journey for each individual, tailored to their own circumstances and wishes.
